Hey Harry1980, I got the reminder email on 12 Nov. I payed the RPRF immediately online and sent(email) the receipt to CIC. Waiting for almost 3 weeks, I got an email from ICI on 1st Dec to let me know they got my RPRF. I am still waiting for the MR.

Actually I got RPRF request October 22 and I paid fees November 20 then I got medical request November 25 and medical done November 30 then Dec 1 I got email for send a proof of medical and RPRF receipt. I don't know why they are asking anyway I sent to them yesterday. Do you have any idea why they asking?

i have the same email too but instead of rprf i got the schedule A and proof of medical last dec 1

I think you should probably send the originals in the mail as well, just in case. This will probably be enough but you can also mail it.. And when did they ask you to send it? Are Jan or Feb applicant?

I am a Feb 5, 2015 and I got the GCMS notes for my application.
It says:
medical: passed,
eligibility: passed,
criminality: passed,
security check: Not Started
RRPF and other fee: Paid

No document is required and they have passed my application through all other steps except "security check".
I don't know when they are going to work on that, probably it is getting delayed due to Syrian Refugees' immigration. Anyways, I just wanted to let everybody know about the current status.

I got it in email but you have to explicitly request for it. This forum is not letting me post the link in this reply, but you can search on google with this query "gcms notes cic under privacy act" and you will find the link for it.
NOTE: It took exactly 1 month for me to get a reply from them.

The gcms notes you got is only true until the date of request. who knows, they probably started the security check a day after you requested your gcms notes and they are almost done with it? Just trying to be positive.

Yeah you are right about it and I wish they had already started doing that .
