I know well enough that there's no point whatsoever to argue with IRCC , just do whatever they tell you to do and that's how the game is played. so instead of calling them and argue I just booked my medical appointment for next Thursday .

Thank you good sir. I figured it's very likely that some VO reviewed my application this morning and found out that everything else is passed but my medical expired, instead of extend it and cut me some slack , he decided to screw me and bleed me for another 800 dollars .
just imagine this, if my medical was still valid , I might have received a PPR instead of the MR.
I feel ya. I am in the same boat myself. Everything passed on may 31 and med expired june 8. Let's see what happen to me now.

I really don’t understand how they work, like WOW... why the request another medical for you? It’s really not fair, it’s look like they playing some game... let’s extend medical for this guy and for this one we will send another request..... I passed everything almost a month ago also my medical was extended but... nothing.., it’s just stuck... and they keep saying.. just wait it’s can take another day, week, month, year.... I feel you man.....
