I m same like you bro very frustrated because I m 28 July 2017 applicant and still nothing. Just trust in God everything should be OK with us.

keep faith and keep praying, that's all we can do , and that's another reason why I am so furious about those slow staff in IRCC or CSIS or CBSA .

I got my gcsm notes on March 2019 and on that time they said
Eligibility passed
Criminality in process
Medical passed
Security not started yet.
And after one month I called cic, they said same thing.I think it depends only and only our luck.

This makes me so angry!! Can they really not tell you why your application is stuck?

okay , that sucks. if I were you I will order a CSIS note and a CBSA note to see what's the hold up . other than that I am clueless what to do then . if you have nothing to worry about then I would say they lost your file under the desk or somewhere else .

my boss had a case like this, he submitted a application for a client and didn't got an AOR for 6 months. he called IRCC, wrote to them, no one responsed. so he contacted the MP and the MP wrote a endorsement letter for him regarding the applicants case, and got the AOR 2 weeks later.

That can be the reason your criminality is taking time.
When you call the agent ask about security, are they doing something about it?
Generally, security starts after criminality is cleared but no harm asking the agent.
Also, request the agent to drop an email to the immigration officer as they have crossed the timeline.

I would suggest CBSA notes only at present, CSIS are useful after security has crossed 2 months wait

Yes, it makes the process complicated, more PCCs more they have to check in the database of all the countries.

I have PCCs from China, Ireland and Canada , but lucky me my all other checks are done but security . if CSIS have to talk to the Irish then I am screwed , it will take forever . took me 4 months to get the PCC from the Guardai ( the Irish police )...
