From what i have seen people who had their medical done in 2019 got ppr already... While people with medical done in 2018 are still left.. i just don't know what they are doing

Probably they are still requesting for extension of medical, hence the delay.

That’s what I am thinking. But still so fucking annoying when people submit so late and get ppr so early. December applicants are still stuck here

You and I have a very similar timeline. I think you got an update as the security check was done. I was told that once the security check is done the officers take some time to go through overall application details to finalize decision. So hopefully you will hear from them soon!

Thanks I hope the ghost update is about security. But my medical is expiring soon. Not sure if the update is about medical. Hope all the 2017 applicants can get it very soon. Just so frustrating

I really hope and pray all December applicants are given ppr before end of this month! They deserve it!

My last GCMNote in February 2019 said all the criteria has been passed but Security wasn't started.

December 14th applicant.Progress bar not change.No update in my account.it just shows background check in progress for my application.What is a ghost update guys.Is it some kind of update you get in ecas?
