Wow!! That is so sad!
You should call and also request a notes on your application and if you applied through a lawyer he should help you call and see what is delaying your application. Sometimes it could be security checks that hasn’t come back or something.

Mine is October 23, 2017 and I have heard any updates since Sept last year and I am worried already let alone yours which is over 21 months already.

Hopefully you get a good news soon.

Any late October 2017 left here with any recent updates?

I already got gcsm notes and it says eligibility passed, criminality in process and security not started yet. Even I called cic once a month same answer. Last week I contact with cic via Web form and they said we will try to finalize your application as soon as they can. But now I m very frustrated. I pray to God no one like me. Hope so everyone got ppr within 18- 19 months.

Well I am also feel frustrated because I am August 2017 applicant still in process. So, you are in lucky case. But I believe the reason you got Decision Made is because officer finished final review in Sydney and ready to send to Ottawa for PPR. So, just wait for few days.

Anyways, I think anyone who has submitted their application is just a waiting game, it all depends on when/how they start with our application, wish you luck too, I’m actually got a typing error, got decision made anytime after May 2, 2019
