For that question I am afraid I will have to say sorry, I don't know . We have all heard stories of how many months for someone we know got the golden PPR . I for one have heard the process took someone 11 months, and someone else 24 already and still waiting. I don't know what to tell you but to wait . truely sorry, but that's what it is like .
Thankyou I know its hard for all of us at this point ! Hope we all get good news soon .

Good for you! I am really happy for you. Did you call CIC to see if your application was moving forward? I called them in March and they had not started security check yet. I am not sure keep calling them is a good idea.

Thats right !!
One of my friend applied in August 2017 recieved her passport back with stamp in march 2019 within 19 months.
Do you think 20 months is estimated time that we will recieve ppr and get the passport back too?! Or just the decision made
I am not 100% sure but I read somewhere isaying that processing time is from the date they receive your application to the date the applicant receives CoPR.

I usually call them once a month. Don't worry about the security check

All Blessings and Glory to God, Congratulations on your PR approval. It is so nice to know that someone applied in November 2017 got approval for PR. I have a question for you ChrisBank. When you saw your progress bar Yesterday, did it show you the estimated completion date as September 26, 2019? I am just wondering how your progress bar was informing you the estimated date for the completion. Anyway, it is so nice to know that IRCC is continuously processing though they announced an additional month extension for the processing time. One more time, congratulations!

Hi guys,

I sent an email through the IRCC Webform https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/canada-case-cas-eng.aspx asking if they can extend my wife's medical exams, they have asked for a new one and she is pregnant now, so can't do the x-ray.

They sent me a message back and said that my email was forwarded to the responsible office, but I have no idea which office is that. Do you guys know anything about that?

Thanks!
there's is no way to know who that officer is except the number on your GCMS note, where you can see an officer code that's all .

That's a pain, I think I won't have a choice... I was almost there to get the PPR (November 6 applicant), would be nice if they understood the situation we are now.
