oh man , that sucks ... judging from your username you are from China, right ? is it possible it's caused by the high tension between China and Canada at the moment ?
I am from China as well, and haven't been able to talk to an agent for the past week , I called them everyday.

Which number you called? And how you got through to speak with an agent? I have a number 1-888-242-2100 but I am not able to talk to anyone but listen automatic machine.

that's the number to call within Canada sometimes you have to try a couple of times before being connected. and talk to an agent is just pure luck . after one week of not being able to speak with an agent , I am finally in the queue and waiting for them to call back.
I did that but every time I ended up listen our application status which I see online as well. I am wondering details like everyone else.
Yeah, I bet . Just tried again, and when I finally thought I can speak with an agent, there wasn't any available. How nice to listen "thank you for understanding, please try again later" lol
