I took a friend and did a flagpoling today at Point Roberts . she applied for a study permit and came back to Canada before the study permit application was approved with a visitor visa. don't suppose anyone will be interested in the process details , right ?
No never received medical request but what is interesting is that they writing we are reviewing the results of your medical exam for almost one year !
3 month ago I called them and the agent said : “there is medical request for me but we are not sending it yet you have to wait for it ! “

I called ircc may 22 (yesterday) to find out if the security check is done and the agent said that everything is done so just wait for the final decision.
I know that it is a long journey and every single second is a painful wait but hang in there brothers and sisters. You will indeed receive the golden email any time soon. I wish the best lick to every single one of you waiting for your PPR!

Still waiting for PPR
Called cic yesterday agent told me that PPR email was sent on 30th April but I think on wrong email which they have on system. But cic agent put the request to send the PPR email again anyone knows how many days usually it takes to receive email.

Please, which number you called them? how much time you spend on the phone to get someone to talk?
I am not sure if i got dm before ppr as I got the email and then checked ecas for dm. I checked dm and gckey everyday. There was no dm up until yesterday so I presume that dm and then ppr right away or at the same time.
