probably he means that because yesterday PPR was given to July 27th applicant, and from July 27th to September 1st there is a month and 3 days....that´s what left to wait. It is a bit optimistic but hope he is right foryou guys.

In cic calculations always opposite to mathematics set rules and ones guessing.

so, unpredictable that one can't guess what to guess or what not!

When you receive PPR, it gives you guidelines and instruction to follow and address where to send your passport. To my understanding, you can not send your passport to any other VFS office other than mentioned office.

Hi, I am in the same situation. I called IRCC last week and asked this question. I am told that if someone has applied in Canada, other offices Outside Canada will not process the issuance of his/her visa.
So, she suggested either to stay in Canada, or to inform CIC of your travel as well the date that you are returning to Canada.
