Ohh so sorry but in case of medical we could get that done in India. My mother expired last year in September I came back in Oct end. But I went back again in March till 2nd May because my brother was feeling alone. That Time I find out everything CIC told me if you will get request you can send it from back home . So I went with this preparation that I will send from back home. But I got medical request on the day when I landed here at Calgary Airport

My brother in law was in a hospital for 40 days and I sent email to Cic to ask if I can do up front medical to be able to visit my country. I basically begged them for a guidance. I lost my brother in law on the 41st day and the only response I received 'sorry for the late response, we are busy'...
Too bad we have nothing to do but wait.. I'm wondering if they can sleep well when we are suffering from losing our loved ones, working jobs that we don't like and missing the life..

My condolences.

Everyone here needs to be strong, since September they are working slowly and we are getting response slowly. Good part is that at least they are working, we know every of us passing through tough time but we need to come out together from this situation. How much you gonna waiting for this that much it gonna give you stress so, I would suggest make your shelf busy with other stuff and we will get sooner our goal.

Hey, everybody. Just noticed some weird activity on my CIC account. June 3d applicant AINP. With dependant.

I had my medical request on June 7 and did my exams right away. so, shortly after that, The status changed on passed. And it stayed passed all the time. But this week it changed to in process again/..... The Back ground check is still N/A

Does anybody experiencing the same??
I hope it is just clerck's mistake when he wanted to change my back ground check to in process but clicked on the wrong line on the screen. .

I have called this number but it’s always taking me to the point where my info on MyCIC is replayed to me-and that’s not what I want- instead of connecting me to a human agent. Have you by chance succeeded at this before and can offer any advice? This will be appreciated.

you can, in the end of it, it will say press "0" to speak to an agent..so just have to press "0". but you have to wait for atleast 30mins on queue. you just really have to wait patiently if you want to speak to them..hope that helps..
