Hey April Applicants.
Should we go to our MPs and ask them to help us?
I am totally Ok to get BOWP and pay for it if the reason for the delay was caused by my situation or was my fault.
However, I feel frustrated to pay extra fees for 3 family members because of CIC doesn't meet their timelines. This is just not fair.
I was waiting for my Nominee longer than the average time, after that based on the timeline for CIC PR application I applied +4 extra months and now I am in the situation which I couldn't predict.

I think if we go to MP and explain the situation it might help
I assume this information will be beneficial:
1. When we applied for Nominee Programme
2. What was the timeline (average) - if possible
3. How long it took
4. When we applied for PR
5. When 16 months are expiring
6. Any other communication between CIC and you

I am April 25th applicant too. Got the same respone from the CIC customer service agent as well as from my MP's office. Everything is passed including background, medical, eligibility, and criminality but no time frame as to when an officer would get the chance to take that final decision. The CIC customer service agent today said he will send a message to the processing centre to notify them that my file has exceeded the normal processing time. Do you thinnk this will do any help? Please advise. Many thanks in advance!!
