They said your BG is in process but on your cic account BG is n/a? That's weird. So the online status doesn't always reflect the true status?

how could they give you the one-week timeline? I called them too.....every time I call, I just get super disappointed. Last time I contacted them ( last week maybe), this guy said all they can see is the status in their system, not the actual file, for example: not started, pending, delayed, etc.

Its not first time with me...it always happened on other type application too... when I applied for TRV and work permit.

When processing is done then it shows are being reviewed(For documents uploaded) or in process (PROCESSING)...
