Honestly, landing has to be the easiest part of the whole PR Process. It's just formalities. All they asked me is

- whether I have any goods or plan to bring anything from my country?
-have been charged or convicted for a crime?
-Have dependents?

They didn't ask anything about job or proof of funds. They don't care about these things at this point. All they wanted was my Passport, COPR, current and all the previous work/study permits. In fact, the immigration officer was really friendly.

Phew, that's good to hear. I'm possibly gonna do the landing at the airport and it gets me worried a little. After all that wait you just want it all to go smooth and stress free.

my girlfriend and I are in Canada already. Im july 6th applicant, but it worries me to see there is no movement for June late applicants

do not worry yet many have received theirs on time and before time, I Actually didn't start to worry until my date passed so you still have time to relax ;D

Ohhh, Yes. I was thinking that they might already start their hoilday since the begining of this week and that is why last week has been super efficient. So we might get ours before July 8th,2016 until they finish all their vacation... :-\

I have sent my Post Nomination Paper based Application packet to CIC Sydney NS and it has delivered there yesterday. I knew this through DHL courier tracking system. How can I know about my application proper receiving? When will I get the received confirmation about my application from CIC?

MER might sent out by different dept. I won't be too surprises if our officers are taking the 2 weeks off as I know the senate of Canada just start their 3 months summer break...As long as I can still get my ppr by the end of July that I do not mind it is slow. It is being so slow and with absolut no news for a while since last year...
