I am sure that if your BG check changes to In progress Yesterday, you should have got PPR today, but if not then expect it over the weekend/Monday

My application delivered on July 11th and system shows August 11th, progress almost same as the AUG applicants so far.
Sent this question to CIC and they advised it is normal, this was the date they open the file, what the hell!
I have not seen the second case as mine on this forum, has anyone had same experience before?

I sent my application on june 15 cic received on june 18 .at client status it says the received for permanent resident application February 6 .so its not a surprise i talked to them so manytimes but didnt bother to reply me.

I have same experience...my application arrived at Sydney office on April 24th in 2015 but ECAS shows they received on June 8th I have no idea what happened to my application... ???

The staff in Canadapost never asked me if I wanted a signature. I just assumed when I am paying so much for xpresspost it includes a signature by default.

Actually just realized, inland applicants are required to send their package to a Post Office Box, so technically no one is receiving it. The courier just dropping it off to the PO BOX and the staff from CPC Ottawa collects it. I guess that's how it works.

PMC89, I can see the signature of a receiver (maybe officer in Ottawa?) on Canadapost website with my tracking number! I was wondering same thing as you think, there were no receiver there because they gave us only Post Office Box but someone received my envelope and sign on it...
Anyway, your envelope arrived there safely so no worries

hi friends am a June 25 applicant.i have done my papers through a agent.i dont have my cic account but i have my file no.i can see my application statues .i have a doubt that once i get my passport request weather it shows on my application statues file or not .please give me a answer .

Medical results have been received.

I did upfront medical in nov 2015. Received PPR on 10 JUNE 2015

I am June 6th applicant and I still haven't received PPR.
Ecas shows in progress and medicals results were updated on ecas 2 weeks back. I am not able to link my app in CIC. Not sure what's going on. All I can do is wait :'( ???
