PNP - PR - April-May-June 2015 Applicants!

If you are from visa exempt countries then you will get COPR in a week from the date passport reached to Ottawa. So if you get ppr by this Thursday/Friday then there is a possibility but timeline is going to be very tough.
If you are not from visa exempt countries you will get your COPR in 2-3 weeks hence you can now start preparing for filing extension as you wont get your passports stamped by 15th anyway.

If you have option to file the extension till the last day then you can do it (on 14th or 15th) and once you get your COPR then you can do the landing and ask for reimbursement (if at all any option available - i heard it for work permit which you can extend at the last day and do the landing & ask for refund but not sure if its the same case with study permits, any inlander can confirm if refund possible for study permits).

Landing from inside Canada with expired visa is not an issue but one should be in valid status (either on approved/pending permit/visitor visa).

I thought they asked us to submit pcc via cse. Did you also post it like few others? In any case you dont get back anything.

that's too bad, in their request email, they requested original pcc, so I mailed to them, IELTS also requested original in preparation document list, so lucky you guys can make it with phhotocopies. so frustrating.

Incidentally today only I discarded my originals (which we wont need it after ppr anyway). Why does original now matter when you are going to get your ppr in few days/weeks?

It's better to keep the original IELTS certificate for your citizenship process. So you won't have to write the test again. If the new laws comes into effect soon, then we will have the option to apply for citizenship sooner.

As I read ur posts u did upfront medical exam so is ur ECAS and my CIC updated with 'medical results has been received '
As I did my upfront medical on 25 April 2016 but my ECAS and My CIC are not updated yet..is it normal..so will it take more time??

Could not get what you actually need from Ottawa guys. All Paper applicants-inlanders are processed at Sydney and only visa stamping happens in Ottawa.
What do you want to talk to Ottawa secretly which we dont want to know?

No secret sir, I am outland from Egypt and my application is being processed in CPC- Ottawa , if you don't believe me I can send you the confirmation from Ottawa visa office that sent to me.
What I am looking for is some people like my case which files are process in Ottawa and that's my question if you know a topic like that in this forum or not.

Hi ramyfathalla, I thought you were inland. Sorry. I do know that some were processed in Ottawa (example is one of my fellow PNP batchmate, whose application got transferred to Ottawa once he received his EP number. He was also from Egypt). His application detail: Sent the application to CIO in May2015(same like me) and in July2015 he received EP number, Medical in Aug and DM in Aug but PPR in Nov2015. I saw some other applicant somewhere in the threads but dont know much. I dont know any other applicant.

Cant find many. So its better you open up one new thread for Ottawa office(especially for outland) possibly some will respond, which will be helpful for them as well.

Date of receiving: August, 22, 2015
Reminder of document: February 20, 2016
Notification of Medical exam: February 28, 2016

I did the medical exam on March 1, 2016. Util now, there is no any progress. The following is my status:

Hi mohan so how u feel after getting that email.
i was in same situation as my work permit expires on july 30 but my trv expires june 30. My wife both the trv and owp going to expire on june 30,what is your suggestion should apply for extension or just wait and i already make a cse and ask they any chance i am receiving the ppr.
So far this morning nothing still hope...come on june guys lets get over with this ppr.come on gods show some love for us.
