Got the error here too...and June 15 applicant as well. But mine has not been changed to In progress till noon.

Could not get what you actually need from Ottawa guys. All Paper applicants-inlanders are processed at Sydney and only visa stamping happens in Ottawa.
What do you want to talk to Ottawa secretly which we dont want to know?

Could not get what you actually need from Ottawa guys. All Paper applicants-inlanders are processed at Sydney and only visa stamping happens in Ottawa.
What do you want to talk to Ottawa secretly which we dont want to know?

PMC, Till 25th this month, vo is maintaining the timeline of 12 months. But some of June got ppr in the last couple of days but we dont know if it will be for all. So let us wait till you hit 365 days before you expect it. But i think it wont be delayed than this week as they covered till 4th last week for most. So let us wait for few more days.

Actually all of us here are future Ottawa guys whereas all will get visa stamping/COPR from Ottawa only. So whats your question?

My kids study permits are expiring on June15th, 2016. Should I extend them or if I get DM should I still extend them? Does DM mean we are already Permanent residents of Canada? ? If yes can we do the landing with my kids expired visas? Please advise!

If you are from visa exempt countries then you will get COPR in a week from the date passport reached to Ottawa. So if you get ppr by this Thursday/Friday then there is a possibility but timeline is going to be very tough.
If you are not from visa exempt countries you will get your COPR in 2-3 weeks hence you can now start preparing for filing extension as you wont get your passports stamped by 15th anyway.

If you have option to file the extension till the last day then you can do it (on 14th or 15th) and once you get your COPR then you can do the landing and ask for reimbursement (if at all any option available - i heard it for work permit which you can extend at the last day and do the landing & ask for refund but not sure if its the same case with study permits, any inlander can confirm if refund possible for study permits).

Landing from inside Canada with expired visa is not an issue but one should be in valid status (either on approved/pending permit/visitor visa).

No. No returns of any documents you submitted in any form.
Dont know why you submitted IELTS original.
I thought they asked us to submit pcc via cse. Did you also post it like few others? In any case you dont get back anything.
