I too thought we will be left out with one day in a week to receive ppr. Good that now thats not the case yet. Will see if this method again changes.

May I ask what they wanted you to send on Feb. 1?

Police Certificates. I had to submit three certificates since I lived in three different countries. Plus schedule A.

Seeing that may 8 applicants got their ppr today, we can estimate the following:

Friday may 8, 2015 was a friday, so they're finalizing the first week of may 2015. That took 3 weeks in 2016. So for every week of last year, calculate 3 weeks of 2016.

For instance, I applied may 22. That's 2 weeks in between (from may 8, 2015 to may 22, 2015), but in reality, 6 weeks of processing in 2016. (2 x 3). So I'm expecting mine in June. If it comes earlier, then woohoo!

Ppr rain here we go!

For the question "Which specific information are you looking for?" do I choose the following "electronic notes of the immigration or citizenship officer(s)"?

Here is my timeline:

We received your application for permanent residence on May 8, 2015.
We started processing your application on July 22, 2015.
Medical results have been received.
We sent you correspondence on February 1, 2016. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required.

I'm a Winnipeg Manitoba applicant too.
They received my application on May 11, I'm still waiting for the PPR.

Can I ask you when did you submit your PCC?
They ask me for the PCC on Jan 30, and I sent my PCC on Apr 11. CIC replied that they attached my PCC to my application on Apr 25.
I am worried about my application will delay or not.

lol jimmy what an observation, but I am pretty sure CIC doesn't work that way. Till now we haven't been able to identify any patterns. I really hope your theory is wrong, otherwise we'll have to wait a very long period.

I hear ya PMC89. Truly hard to nail down a pattern. Guess that's the "fun" in this waiting game?

That said, this is the pattern I have noticed for PNP PR applicants Mar-May 2015.

Just really hard to figure out how they work and really, to no avail I guess since each case is different. I guess we are all seeking some sort of peace of mind while we get the big answer we are all truly waiting for: PPR!!!!! Hahaha
