Which is your VO htokyo and also how many days have passed since Medical done?

It is Manila. 26 days passed since Medical done

Never heard of such a thing; Not for outland applicants at least. Fingerprints are required for FBI PCC, I think. Other than that, CIC does not directly ask for your fingerprints.

i am in same position hotokyo i have sent my meical on Septmber 15th, and i am still waiting for DM almost 10 weeks now. seems that ADVO is sleeping for PNP

I am also ADVO APPLICANT. Was always looking for someone from same visa office to see the timeline.
So u got the medical request after 2 1/2 months of aor. Just a few questions if u could answer
1. Did u receive the file transfer email before medical request?
2. Which is your province?
3. Have u applied under Traditional pnp or is it EE stream?

No file transfer email before MR. Instead, notification of processing VO came together with MR (in the same email)

I am new in this forum. My timeline is:
File received: 11 june,2015-Sydney,NS
Aor: 24Aug,2015
IP: 24Aug,2015
Inland applicant.
I wanted to ask if anybody knows about CIC`s passport requirements for permanent residence.
My children’s passports are expiring within 6 months, in the beginning of June, 2016. And I wonder, when CIO sends me PPR, will they tell me to renew passports, if they are expiring in 6 month or less by that time?
Does CIC issue PR cards for the period of validity of the passports? I heard that PR cards get issued for the duration of 5 years. Is this duration contingent upon the duration of passport? Or it is not related to passport’s validity period at all, and stands alone, irrespective of one’s passport?
After we become PR do we still need valid passports until we become citizens?
I could not find any links or answers in these forums. I would appreciate if you could share your experience .

Hi Guys

So i haven't gotten any MR yet and ive submitted my PNP application on May 6th and gotten file number and email confirmation of processing on July 20th. Im hoping to get the MR by the end of November or hopefully by Decemeber but i was wondering if you can extend open work permit? I currently have an open work permit at the moment but im just worried if my application will not be approved before the expiration date which is August 2016.

Hi guys,
I'm April SINP PR inland applicant.
14. January I get SINP Nomination.
27. April CIC received my PR Application.
22. July CIO send me UCI and EP number
9. November I received reminder mail from CIO and I pay RPRF.
From since nothing happened and no MR of course.
Considering my work permit expired in April 2016 I decide to do upfront medical.
I was contact panel physician from CIC web site and made appointment for medical exam. I told them that I have UCI number but not yet Medical exam request from CIC. They check and they said that they not have my UCI number in system but no problem to do upfront medical exam for PR.
In your opinion did I do right thing ?
