my wife came on 19/sept/2015 to Canada

medical receiced today: 07/July/2016

we are inland applicant.

Here is the body of msg.

Dear Mr/Ms.
This is in reference to your visa application for Canada.



The results of initial medical examinations for yourself has expired. In order to provide your application with an updated validity we require following additional medical examination(s) for yourself:

• Chest X ray (in DICOM / JPEG format) with report (in PDF)

• Completed MEDICAL REPORT CHEST X-RAY REQUISITION AND REPORT form (Page 5 and 6 of IMM5419) (in PDF)

• Duly completed Re-assessment Form (Attached herewith)

· HEPATITIS ‘B’ TEST REPORT

As the medical is expired or specific tests requested, spouse needs to give the test again . To not confuse/delay, its better to do the medicals using that IME and email them as mentioned to NDVO.

Later you can check with ndvo if you want to update her country of residence for changing the visa office. This may not be required as ottawa only will ask for passports as your location is still inland.

I meant the email given in the letter you received(which you already posted). Dont send to some other ndvo specific enquiry/general email id. Use the one given in the communication letter.
