Hi, I only got an information sheet with UMI and barcode do I need to submit to CIC? I called the doctor office but the lady didn't explain well about it. She just told me it is my responsibility....

As you can see on the left side I have not done the upfront med exam. I received regular MR last week.
In my opinion you should wait untill your ECAS will show med results received line, or untill you receive MR from CIO. After that you should send through CSE proof of your med exam.
Why don't you try to call CIC?!

Also, the doctors office told me that people who made upfront med exam never had problem with CIO. So, I think, you should just wait with patience.
Maybe other forum members have better thoughts about this issue.

Buddies, I saw some of you have been seeing DM in ECAS but still not receiving PPR and therefore getting worry. My recommendation for you is stop worrying. Especially, if you are confident that you do not have any issue with your medical or criminality, then nothing to worry about! Be happy waiting for PPR!

I read a thread talking about DM in ECAS but no PPR yet and observe it took many cases 1 month time from DM to PPR. Despite most of the cases happen in NDVO but it can be a good reference

I also want to do the upfront medicals if it is permitted. How do I go bout doing this? Do I just make the appointment and take my UCI number with?

I wanted to do the upfront med exam, then I desided not to do it. CIO has strict requirements and they ask do not send any documents unless required by them.

You are the outland applicant, I am not sure about upfront med exam for ouland applicants.
