guys! please help. I just got refused of BOWP last may 25. and I am on restoration. my employer and I decided to just re apply wp in the border.. but the closed work permit this time. we can provide job offer, LMIA exempt fee, pnp cert and support letter and any Pr related documents. questions are:
1. is it possible to get a positive result in there?
2. I don't have idea how to do that. any idea?
3.how can I pay?

PLEASE HELP ME! I AM REALLY SCARED!
ANY IDEAS WILL HELP!

Yes you will get it if you have all the documents as mentioned. My friend had the same issue and once he went to the border he got it without any issue.

Bcz PCC is valid one year so they should not ask you again

Well PCCs still should be valid. One from home is about 10-11 months, from Ireland 9-10 months old...
