why cic don't update me about my file

i just have a feeling that u and hamid have a same officer and he/she is on vacation.

There are some countries that don't have to send in their passports to receive PR, there's a list on CIC's website. Persons from these coutries also don't need a visa to visit Canada.. The site doesn't allow me to post links, but just google 'visa exempt countries'

You can post a link after 10 posts. That way, the sites controls and gets rid of trolls before they can start posting scam links

see?! no news on monday and Tuesday. they r on holidays for sure. if we dont get any updates by today, I am 90% sure we have to wait until next Tuesday for some news.

I have noticed in other posts that even after DM they are taking a while to send PPR..... I don't understand why?

I was hoping they get back to work on Thursday - July 2nd. I thought holiday ends on Canada day - July 1st

It really depends, with canada day on a wednesday. you never know who's booking time of on what side of the week.

It really depends, with canada day on a wednesday. you never know who's booking time of on what side of the week.

half of the staff in my office booked holidays on thursday and Friday.when it's summer and a stat holiday on Wednesday, well....they are definetly having fun with BBQ and campings. They don't care!
