PNP PR APPLICATION SEPTEMBER 2014 APPLICANTS

Hello everybody,

Sept 26 applicant got doc request 23th of Jun asking for RCMP criminal record and a new schedule A.

So finally I did my landing last Thursday... I am ainp applicant and received ppr on 2 June , applied on 11th august. Got my passport back on 15 th June.
My experience was amazing. I walked to USA port of entry at 8 in morning. They checked my copr, the officer was very nice and we had a chat for about 10 minutes and then he escorted me back to Canada border. I was the first one in both poe. At Canada poe they just checked the refusal paper I got from USA side. Checked copr and passport.
Officer came back in 10 mins.
Then said the magical words " welcome to Canada."
It was an experience of a lifetime... Felt great

i have one question to all friends

i m in canada as a close work permit

so my wife from back home apply 2 times open work permit and she was refused both time

can it would be bad effect on our PR application

no not at all. it wouldnt affect your pr application.dont worry
its very common to get refused for outland dependent
wp application.

it says PA applicant got married 2011 he also live other country before came to canada

it appears PA and spouse have never lived in the same country in the course of their marriage
they have elected to live separately since they married in 2011, I fail to see the any H&C measures to reunite them now

Just checked ECAS and it says DM. Doesn't say when it switched, but it could've only been today or yesterday afternoon. Yesterday, I called CIC about my additional documents. The agent told me, my documents were received and nothing else is needed. He also said, a decision on your PR application has NOT yet been made. That was about lunch time in BC. By that time they almost knock off work in Nova Scotia. Therefore I would assume, DM on 24th of June.

I am inland applicant, from a visa exempt country. Will I get PPR? Or just landing papers?

How long does it usually take, to receive the PPR (or CoPR or whatever else) after DM?

Your PPR may not be requested. Maybe copy of our bio page. COPR , landing papars are the norm for visa exempts. Congrats. When did your app reach CIC?
