Is there any one who can help me!
How much time it will take to get medical letter?
I applied cic pnp application in June 13, 2014. AOR received on Aug 11, 2014 and processing starts from Oct 16, 2014.
And on April 28, 2015 i received phone call from New Delhi VO at my work place. After that no response from VO till now.

Any updates from CIC? It is so frustrating . It seems that every body in CIC has gone for vacation. It is 5 months after medical and 3 months in IP status and exactly 1 year after submitting application. I do not know when it ends

i received my PR visa..i live in toronto and have to do my landing now..
i have read that several have done it from a port of entry, such as niagara..
i am really hoping to do the same...like go to niagara, for example

HOWever, i do not have a us visa and i do not have car - will landing in niagara still be possible for me??
is there anybody else who did landing at niagara (or any other place) without car and without us visa? - please do take a moment to share

if any body could tell me what to expect and how to go about it, PLEASE let me know!

you do not need US visa to do landing. However u need some good luck and prayers. Different people had different experience. I had a terrible one at rainbow bridge where I had to wait for 4 hours and others along with me waited more. A friend of mine was refused landing at peace bridge n he did it at cic office later which was a great experience according to him.
Many others here landed in Niagara without a problem; trick is to go very early or very late (after 7pm) which is a problem if u don't have a car. The last bus leaves at 10pm from Niagara to toronto, so if u land before that u can catch the bus back to Toronto. 90% chance it will be fine. Incase it doesn't happen u can rent a room n stay for the night n return next morning. Or ask a friend to drive u n pay for the trip. Or go with inland landing. if u choose to do so, cook some stories for cic before callin them about ur urgency to travel home bla bla n they may give u early appointment at etobicoke.

What's been your experience with it? Does it always take more? Should I call them or do something about it or just wait?

It takes forever unfortunately. I have been waiting for mine for 3 months.

cic seems to have the most shameful record of anything under the sun. When I landed I was told 8 weeks. now it says almost 3 months. They expect someone to be stuck in the country for 3 months. Got tickets for oct; I will be screwed if I don't get by then.

Yes, I received it exactly on the 31st day after the request.
