It is surprising to see that there is no consistency on when file gets transferred to Ottawa or not...One of my friend's file is still in Sydney and his timeline is extactly same as yours, and his status is IN PROCESS from last week. My application was received after a week than yours, and it is still in Sydney and was asked for RPRF yesterday ( from sydney). Its very confusing, and I believe that Sydney and Ottawa share the application load and processing can happen at any of the location, not necessarily Ottawa.

My GCMS notes says : Primary office - Sydney
Secondary office: Ottawa

I called 3 times (just to confirm) and agent told me that file is now in Ottawa and going security and background checks. This was last week.
Today it is changed to IP. Maybe the checks are over and now only thing left is eligibility. Fingers crossed.
BTW, I paid RPRF upfront after medical.

yes, ur IP is coming soon.

I am expecting 2-4 weeks for DM.
And this depends on VO.
Many people got DM in the same week, whereas many people are waiting from more than 4 months after IP.
CIC is not going according to chronological order which is creating a mess.

Should be 2-4 weeks.

It will be 4 weeks this Friday since I got in process, but no DM or PPR yet. Sigh.... :'(

Praying and hoping for some good news before the end of the week. ???

Hello Friends,

I received an email today from Ottawa that asked us for RPRF and Schedule A (for myself and my wife).
They have also asked for Police Certificate (Canada Police Certificate, RCMP) for my wife.
I just called RCMP and they said that they do not do fingerprint anymore and we need to do the fingerprint somewhere else and then they will send it to RCMP and then RCMP will send it back to us as mail. It seems that that the entire process takes about 10 working days!! Is this the common way that you guys also got your RCMP criminal record check?
Please advice.

Looks like there's a whole bunch of us with IP on more or less the same day! I hope we all hear something very very soon..

unfortunately I don't have any idea. but wait for few hours, u will get response from someone who does.

I know android.exe got the rcmp request. u can ask him.
