After medical received how long will take to show my file in processing

No one knows. They are now processing March's

Does anyone know if you withdraw your application before getting file number, do you get your money back?

HI EVERYONE,
I AM A PROVINCIAL NOMINEE FROM MANITOBA AND APPLIED FOR PERMANENT RESIDENCY IN NEW DELHI VISA OFFICE (FILE SENDED TO CIO ON 6TH AUG,2014) DO ANY ONE KNOW HOW LONG IT WILL TAKE TO GET AOR AND MEDICAL WHILE IT WAS RECEIVED BY CIO AND IT HAS BEEN 65 DAYS FROM NOW?.
ASLO DURING THAT TIME, I APPLIED FOR MY WORK VISA WITH MY JOB OFFER FROM MANITOBA IN NEW DELHI OFFICE BY END IF THIS SEPTEMBER AND IT WAS APPROVED, CURRENTLY I AM IN MB, CANADA AND STARTED WORKING WITH MY COMPANY, SHOULD I TRANSFER MY FILE FROM NDVO TO NOVA SCOTIA AFTER MY MEDICAL IS RECEIVED AND IS THERE ANY BIG CHANGE IN THE PROCESSING TIME WHILE I TRANSFER MY FILE FROM NDVO TO CIO?

there is no need to transfer the file. new delhi visa office will finalize your decision regarding permanent residence status in the given time.
Can you please tell me how long did new delhi visa office take to issue you a work visa??

It took me 7 days to get the Work Visa with my job offer on file.

Does any body have any up to date timelines for Ottawa processing?

I've applied under BC PNP and my application is in Ottawa at the moment. It's a complete simple application with police checks and payment completed.

My AOR and medical was June 30th 2014.

I'm trying to figure out when I'll go to IP and DM, also I'm from a VISA exempt country so will they need my passport or will I just be issued the PR Card?

Astasi - Please revise my entry - application was initially delivered on August 28th BUT returned back due to missing document (birth cert) which was indeed in original package. I resent the application and was received today (October 16th) in Sydney. So time resets for me . I think sheet needs updating.

Application reached CIO Sydney: June 20, 2014
Processing office requested: CPC-Ottawa
AOR and medical forms: August 18, 2014
Medicals done in Vancouver: September 4, 2014
"Medical results have been received" on ecas: September 15, 2014

Since then no updates. On ecas, my application status is still "application received", and they don't say that they started to process my application.

AOR + MR: August 27
Medicals done: October 7 (was quite sick in between so had to postpone the medical a bit)
Medicals received: October 18

File Send CPP (Nova Scotia)-27th July 2014
File Received- 05th August,2014
File Number - 06 October,2014

I did not get medical yet but everybody get medical email with file number can anyone tell me why?
