Yeah I havent received AOR. But I dont think we need that for GCMS notes.

I applied for GCMS notes online, I still haven't received the AoR. This is the email that I received today:

Following a thorough search of our information holdings, I regret to inform you that no records were found that respond to your request. Please note your application under the PNP category was received in August 2014 but we currently do not have a file in our system.


So that means they haven't even started reviewing my file? OMG...so how do I know if I am going to receive AoR soon or whether my application is also part of QA?!?!

they asked several documents again with medical report. such as notarized documents of marriage, educational, experience, etc.

also they again asked me to send proof of fund again.

but happy to get the response so early from SVO.

It is very likely that they might have not started looking at your file. Unfortunately, there is nothing much we can do about it. The scariest part is, what if they return our files (and our PNP certificates have already expired).

cannonbarrel: It is not just you and I that are affected by this. There are 100s of applicants. No matter how screwed up it has been until now, they won't return files after all these months. They know there are many and all have expired.
Even though it has been on hold, have a look at the spreadsheet; they have been requesting missing documents and returning files within 1 month of application submission.

PNP certificate need to be Valid up to File received by CIC, After this it does not matter,

@ devpsd is right, if CIC have to return file, it will be in first month or maximum 1.5 months.

@Astasi, do you mind to allow filtering of the spreadsheet? Now that the data has grown so much, it is easier to analyse if we can filter. I am not sure whether we can restrict editing the document and allow just filtering.

Astasi - Please revise my entry - application was initially delivered on August 28th BUT returned back due to missing document (birth cert) which was indeed in original package. I resent the application and was received today (October 16th) in Sydney. So time resets for me . I think sheet needs updating.
