Although I applied late May, I haven't even received medical request yet, does this make you feel better?

which visa office you applied to. it has been unreal long time for the medical request did you contact CIC to ask what happened?

we are inland applicants. Yes, it is unreal long time, there are a bunch of us waited 10 months to receive AOR, and now the waiting for medical request continues.

It's just so unfair!

Hi,
I sent my application to Nova Scotia on 06-06-2014 and cic received on 13-06-2014. AOR received from cic on 11-08-2014. My VO is NewDelhi, ECAS show "inprocess". Any one now, how much time it take to send MR??

I am OPNP inland applicant. Got Medical request last month for me, my wife and son. I completed my medical in toronto while my wife and son did it in their home country. My wife is pregnant thereforeher medical was delayed and she needs to complete it after delivering baby in September when we can include our next baby also in our application.

Due to some family issues I left canada on 22nd March and I have to stay in my home country for as long as possible. My plan is to go to canada only after getting PR with my family.

Is it acceptable to stay out of canada being an inland applicant. If I get passport request or interview request. Will I have to go to canada or I am do it here.

I have open work permit valid till dec 2016

You must have applied via the master or Phd stream of ONPNP correct ? Well in that case you are not tied (or shackled like in my case) to any employer so you can be out of the country in my opinion. But please do call CIC to confirm 1-888-242-2100 (then press 1,1,3,1 to get to an agent quickly). One of my friends is currently waiting for his PR but he applied through the CEC option before express entry was created and he is back in Sri Lanka now until his PR is processed.

I can’t do that because I was nominated to immigration Ontario by my employer. So I hope this helps.

I guess the tough part is coming to the realization that there is not (and possibly never was) any queue to begin with. Anyhoo …. All the best to everyone! Hope we get PR soon. 8) 8) 8)

i aplyed 5 may 2014 and aor received 27 july and ip since 9 september 2014 my catagiry pnp wenipg .but now 8 mnth complete not received medical request what the reason behand this

In the same boat as you except applied late may and only received AOR last month. I am very frustrated about being stuck with my employer until the process completes while CIC seems to be in no hurry.

Could you please tell me why were you asked to resubmit pcc? Mine will expire soon and no MR yet. I can't think of going through that process again.
I dont understand the logic of asking for pcc from home country again if one hasn't visited and stayed more than 6 months in that country since the last pcc certificate.
