PNP PR application got returned

Hi everyone,

I need some help with my pr application!
I got my application returned back to me stating that it's incomplete because I was missing two original signatures on IMM0008 and Schedule 4. I will have to resubmit my application.

My questions are:
1. There is a hole on the upper left corner from paper punch on all of my forms and documents including my envelope. Does that mean I have to prepare a new copy for all of them?
2. For documents like birth certificate, police certificate, these were issued three months ago. Is there any requirement on the issue date of documents. Do I have to get a newly issued one or can I use the old one for my application resubmission? And also, they has a hole on them and they are the original copy.

You need again re-fill recent updated IMM
008 and schedule 4 , sign it submit to cic.

Birth certificates &PCC you can use old ones.

Still use can use that one.
For Birth certificate you can take new photocopy.
For PCC still you use old one.

I just call them today, they said PCC only valid for 6 month, is that true.
For the one issued in my homeland, it already pass 6 month, but I never leave Canada during this time, do I need issue new one?

And new question, on the note of my returned package, it saying my processing pee will be returned also, however its been 2 week now, I did not receive the refund. Do I need to pay again?

Mine also same issue.. i signed those forms and send it today. So what should i now? Did uol get an aor or still waiting for it? I am nervous now.. my pgwp will expires November
