WWhat is the the important of ECAS Change into INPROCESS. I completed my medics on 25th March and my ECAS Changeed INPROCESS on 18 March but medical received line not yet added . Hence I am litte bit worried

It is important to change status,, you can consult your medical doctor and be sure they send your medicals to CIC

different people have diffident view but CIC website says yes
what should i do
need advise pls

some people said when the file will be picked by V/OFFicer if he/she see that RPRF upfront paid, the it can be quick for IP/DM

some people said when the file will be picked by V/OFFicer if he/she see that RPRF upfront paid, the it can be quick for IP/DM

It makes sense that it would save time. By paying upfront you basically eliminate one step. If they need to request the fee they are going to send you the request then you add the time it takes for you to send the payment, then the time it will take for them to actually acknowledge that they have received it and then move your application to the next step. Just because you send your payment in doesn't mean they are going to update your file right away to reflect that you have paid.

If you pay upfront they can just check that step of their list and move your application along.
