Hi, I noticed that your whole application process tool about 12 months to complete, mine is paper based too, and am only seeing 49% progress, and they have not even asked for medical yet, and estimated time of completion is September next year,
During your process was it showing a longer estimated time of completion, and it was later completed sooner? Please advise

I think she is inland applicant. Usually inland applications are processed faster than Outland.
Did you re-do the medical
Its actually a mix recipe of luck, visa officer and other factors at the moment. Everything is unpredictable.
Mine ar was nov 19 and all i got is aor+bil on aug 03 so far (inland with 1 dependent).

Finally passed my medical today October 18th.
They accepted my old medical but it took almost 2 months of waiting since I sent it
