Today I receive a 'letter of interest' on my express entry. Will you recommend withdraw my PNP paperbase and apply under express entry instead?

If losing the application fees on the paper based are not a concern, then you could keep both open. express entry should process faster, but you are joining the back of the queue - paper based could still process in the next few months.
