Aug 16, 2021 - Bio request letter
Aug 16, 2021 - Bio done
Aug 17, 2021 - PAL
Aug 23, 2021 - GU (ghost update)
Aug 24, 2021 - DM (decision made) on ECAs
Aug 24, 2021 - First portal email
Aug 26, 2021 - Second portal email

maybe you can go to service3 or try linking the application to see whether there is any progress...
Tried a umber of times both with various combinations using temporary file number, date of birth, UCI, passport, place of birth etc. "No application found" is a consistent outcome
Have you requested GCMS notes, Web form ?? You have a Temp file that's a good sign.
well, a friend of mine whose ar is sept just tried service3 and found the information that they received the application, though there is no file number, but maybe it is a good sign.
may i ask you submit two applications, one for international students and one for master, right? both have no reply?

We got the temp file # number when we raised a webform, back in May. We raised another one in July IRCC gave us same reply after three months. - no change, seems case officer is sitting on the files - chilling
