Correct but remember some dont see PAL but automatically to DM. I think PAL is computer generated but remember eligibility and security complete sometime same time or day after and eligibility usually process into 2 stage.

PAL- I have seen some never got PAL but all the way to DM. No idea about DM because processing now is picking up slowly but i bet from August it will be more faster when Border open on august 9th.

PAL- I have seen some never got PAL but all the way to DM. No idea about DM because processing now is picking up slowly but i bet from August it will be more faster when Border open on august 9th.

I do not think there is any implies based on the time of PAL, I've seen some got DM a day later right after PAL and some takes almost forever. My case is info sharing, ready to be assessed and case referred to PS Review, not sue how long it takes.
