Are you sure? I've the e-medical from the doctor, but I am waiting for AOR, in order to update IRCC. What would you suggest? Upload it via web form using temp file number or wait for AOR and then submit?
Yes use webform and your temporary file number and upload your medical. I did that and here is what they reply me back after 20 days.

I submitted my application for permanent residence in January 2021 under the SINP (PNP) - Occupation in demand stream but I have not yet received the AOR. Can someone guide me, when should I receive an AOR from CIO? I already had a upfront medical exam and paid for the application and attached the proof to the application.

Waiting for your response
Thank you.
