Secondary VO is Etobicoke. What is the role of Secondary VO? Primary and secondary both process the file? Pls advise

No idea as well, our secondary VO is Montreal but we got the ADR from Etobicoke..

A lot of people I have encountered in this forum and in FB forums has the same visa office which coincidentally has AR from 2019 to 2020. I think Etobicoke is notorious for being the slowest VO.
If you haven’t got any ADRs last year, I think you should contact your local MP for assistance. Our file was the same as yours, no movement at all, apparently, we’re supposed to get ADR on August 2022 but haven’t received it, which I think the officer forgot to send us notification. MP eventually informed them that we did not get the ADR letter and on October 2022 that’s the only time we get the ADR letter.
Maybe you can try to ask also the call center agent if you have any pending ADRs.. not so sure if they can answer that but it’s worth a try. Sometimes MP takes time to answer emails, so inquiring to call crnter agent might be faster..

I have contacted with MP and she has tried to the best but nothing is moving forward.

My file stuck in Windsor VO, Etobicoke has issued lot of PR in Dec and Jan'23

OMG, I heard an updated news from my MP, my file moved out from Etobicoke to Windsor office. Why IRCC transfer my file? Are they want stuck my file at the corner of somewhere?

Finally! We have received the request letter for finalizing our application! Hopefully we will get our COPR before the expiration of our WP on May 03..

Finally, I got MR.
However, I did upfront medical exam last June and submitted the result by Webform. Do I need to take a new medical exam for MR? Or can I submit old one(did June 2022)?

Better make a new one , seems they are finalizing ur file, and it would be faster if u did a new one.
