If you don’t have a space in your gckey account, call them and let them know. I read on this forum that they can fix that problem quickly. It is the faster option to send documents when they request.

On my ADR email it said to respond with the documents on the email address provided in the letter. I did that and I saw the status change to documents uploaded the very next day.
Same for me but no update since them its been 3 weeks.
Did you get anything after that or still documents uploaded??
Yes, that's normal if you had your medicals approved. It will show up passed again in 3-7 days
I have called ircc agency about this 2 hours ago today.
He said the only person who can open the space in my gckey account for upload documents is the officer. If they didn't open the upload space for you and you can only upload documents through webform.
I have upload my information through webform 3 times and it's been one and half months ago with no reply.
Really don't know what going on , I been told no need to re do an medical exam still waiting for medical pass....
