As per previous information received from different candidates it states If it is in process they are still not transferred your file at local visa office , when the status change to receive it means that it have been transferred to local visa office ( your local area office is London )

In my case, I ordered my GCMS notes and it does not say that my visa office is London. It says Primary office Nova Scotia and secondary office Edmonton.
Well I am in lander as PA but my spouse is not in Canada.
I just checked again and my secondary visa office is CPC-Ottawa.
@kamran1234 , my status changed on Ecas on May 28,2021 as "Application Received " means file transfered to London Office, I am waiting for MR as outlander, how much time they normally take from File transfer to MR, PAL, DM & COPR?
wait so your file transfer to local office??? How do you know if file transferred? My ECAS shows in process since 2020 but received MR in June.
My AR is Sep11, AOR Feb 15, BIO done on May 05. My ecas status was "In Process" from Feb 15 to May28. Its changed to "Application Received " on May 28. As per forum experts its means file transfered to 2nd visa office which is London in my case. Anyway, I have ordered gcms motes on June 15, hope fully will get in next 10 days (if on time)
Thanks. My AR was March 2020 and AOR was Sept 11 20 so from sept 11 20 till now shows IN process before medical receive June 10th. I wonder if all cases moved to local office.
can anyone guide if the passport submission at VFS Lahore need any appointment or its Walk-in ??
It depends upon the officer concerned who is dealing the file
