PNP outland processing time

Can anyone please help how much time it takes to process PNP outland applicant by cic.

depends mostly on the visa office. Recently applicants from hong kong visa office are getting ppr is 4-5 months. Singapore I think takes about 5-6 months. Ottawa is very unpredictable, but 5-6 months on average. New delhi 6-8 months and london 7-9 months. Ofcourse there are odd outliers, but these I think are the averages.

when u say 6-8 months for Delhi. You mean 6-8 months post AOR date or post Medicals have been cleared.
