PNP-Outland becoming Inland during application

My AOR date is 22nd Feb and I applied asa PNP-O (OINP). I want to move to Canada with my spouse and two kids, hence they are all added on the application as accompanying dependents.
Since I have got an offer recently from a tech company in Toronto, I will most likely apply for a work permit to run in parallel with my PR application. From here, I have a couple of questions where your experience might help.

1) Once I have the LMIA, do I need to notify IRCC in respect to the PR application? Or the PR and the work permit run in parallel, analysed on their own merits?
2) How long is the process of getting a work permit?
3) Can I add my spouse and children as dependents on the work permit? Of course, neither of them will work.
4) If 3 is negative, I suppose my spouse and children can accompany me with a visitor's visa, as long as they'll return earlier than 6 months from landing.
5) If either 3 or 4 is positive, can I then notify IRCC to change my PR application from outland to inland-type?

Thank you so much for taking the time to help me here.
