The instruction in the letter reads like this:
All requested documents must be submitted via the upload portals within your MyCIC account.

Failure to submit them within the time period could result in the refusal of your application.Please quote your complete File number on your correspondence and address your correspondence to the high commission at the address give below.

PLEASE RETURN THIS FORM WITH REQUESTED DOCUMENTS.

Ok where i am a bit confused is with the second paragraph. I guess it is for paper based applications. Any suggestions...??

Upload receipt along with the request letter on CIC account and mail the same reqletter and rceipt to the email id of the VO

I paid the RPRF fee , as was requested and then was asked to do medical test again on 13th Feb 2018.
I just got it done today.

I got a confirmation today from medical panel team to redo medicals. Will get it done in 23 Feb now.
Hopefully that should be all they need nowm

Do you see any new link to upload the medical test report ?
I do not see any. I am guessing they will map the new test report which clinic will upload using passport details or something.

There's no space holder for meds requested again. The med team will upload the reports.
