My VO is Singapore and they replied quickly to my request but very slow in processing.

Hello.

You should email them with URGENT in bold in your subject .

I had received PPR on Jan 9 and applied for Change request through Delhi Web Form and emailed as well just like you. I kept mailing them thrice and finally got a response to the mail with URGENT keyword on Jan 25. Keep mailing them they receive lots of emails everyday. I dont know how they manage this.

I'd also recommend you to raise a request through the main IRCC Web form as well.

It could also be the case that they have read your email and didnt respond as your application is still in progress. Mine was already completed so needed immediate action.
