I got PNP NOI in express entry, where I created my application in ONIP and ready submit, but I already approved for ONIP for Internation student with Job offer stream and applied for PR on end of June 2018 under Federal paper based application, recently I got my PR application number, waiting for medicals, where the paper based application will take least one year to process. Mean while I created a profile in express entry and recently I got PNP notification of interest.
My question is, what are the consequences if I again applied for PNP to get 600 points?
