Hi All ,

I got PNP nomination in my express entry profile last week. I am working in Ontario for last 1 year 8 months under deputation from my parent company in India. I don't have a job offer from any Canada employer , but I am working in deputation under a Canada employer.

Am I eligible to proceed with PNP nomination. Please help me to clarify this

Did you get nomination or an invitation to apply for provincial nomination?

I think it doesn't matter matter where you work, as long as your score is at least 400 and you fulfill the requirements of one of the federal programs, you should be fine.

If you received the nomination, can you please share your timeline?

My score is 402 and I have received an expression of interest from Ontario PNP. But I am not sure whether to go ahead with it or not. There is no clear indication of how many nominations it will issue

If you are currently not in Canada or never been to Canada till now, you write N/A.
Otherwise, if you are currently inside Canada, write the details of your residency permit expiring.
