Hello everyone,
so I want to leave my current company.
[My Current Condition]
- I'm nominated by PNP, I got 600 points for EE.
- I'm CEC candidate.
- My EE point was 479 without that extra 600 points.
- I'm waiting for a work permit approval, I got a support letter from PNP.
- I've already received EE AOR in March.
Recently I feel that my boss doesn't want to support my work permit (LMIA exampt) anymore. (though I haven't got my work permit yet. They're getting a more skillful guy while I'm waiting for my work permit approval)
My current concerns are:
- If my boss lays me off, my PNP nomination will be revoked. Will I still be able to stay in Canada until I get my PR?
- My EE point was good enough to receive ITA without extra points from PNP nomination. But if my PNP nomination is cancelled, will it affect my EE process as well?
(I know all the people will say "Try to stay in that company until you get PR!")
