Congrats on your nomination. Follow the requirements for the stream you were nominated for…either paper or online. You don’t pay twice.

No, you can't. You must choose one - if you apply online and then send a paper-based application, they will not accept it as the first AR was your online application. On top of that, you will likely confuse IRCC and create a headache in your application of your own doing.

My paper based application was recieved on 29th March, 2022. And a friend advice we should appline online also. I did and submitted on 11th April. Pls what can I do to retrieve one of the application?

Not sure why you listened to your friend - only one application is required; either online or via paper. You can't just ask IRCC to retrieve the application, so don't worry about it. They'll process the one that comes first (in this case, paper) and I'm not sure how they'll treat your online application.
