I'm sure this has been covered but I'm in the process of the PR process. I need a PNP letter from my employer. Does it have to be from my Operations Manager? He did the hiring but I never actually deal with him so he has no real idea of what I do..my Team Lead however does, is he able to do the PNP nomination at all? Also, when they do the PNP is it submitted to the Govt or do I get a copy of it and I have to do it..I just dont have an account yet for them to submit to. Also my Operations Manager is leaving in 2 days so I'm worried if that will affect anything if it is not done by then..his replacement might have to...
