Yes thats exactly how it goes.. you see it updated- when you check it, there are no changes- and it changes back to submitted..

It was bit strange for me as I haven’t got to heard from anyone that once they get ghost update profile changes back to normal again but lets see what comes up tomorrow night

According to my understanding, Visa officer opens your file and makes some update and then that update takes time to reflect on your profile or may be some change that they don’t want you to see.
