"Canada Post services across Canada may be affected by ongoing delays in service from continued labour negotiations.

Our processes will be unaffected though you may experience delays in:

• sending applications mailed within or to Canada
• receiving mail from us"

I was checking the PPR for EE applicants; they haven't sent any PPR from Ottawa VO after 8-9 Nov 2018. Looks like they don't want our passports to be stuck with CanadaPost...

If the CanadaPost strike doesn't end by mid-December, our PPR will be in Jan or Feb next year.

That's the delay for our application to being processed.

That's good. I suppose it takes them a month or so to do a final review and issue PPR/Interview.

Not in the previous cases.. May, June applicants were getting PPR right after ghost update

I am an Inland candidate and I have a paper PNP application in for approximately 7 months and my job is currently unstable. I currently got a job offer from another employer from another province who is willing to assist with a PNP under EE. Can I go ahead with this offer or I am not allowed to have another PNP in a different province?

Which means ghost update in CIC account doesn’t mean anything right now? I saw a lot of applicants who got ghost update then still waiting for decision made or ppr.
