Any ideas why it that delay to get PPR..?

Still no DM for July applicants, I don't think next week they will start issue DM for August applicants

Yep. Try to find someone after July 10 who got PPR, it will be hard.

My bad, I meant DM. Anyway, last three-four weeks CIC really slowed a whole process for some reasons. I don't think August applicants will start to get DM next week.
